The MP 1530 auto robotic load/unload system automates the loading and
unloading of Amada turret punch presses. This allows unmanned operation of the
punch press and enables the machine to be run during the day, during breaks
and lunches, and after hours.
The MP 1530 will consistently load and unload one sheet every 34 seconds
without operator assistance. Once the punching process is complete, sheets are
automatically removed and neatly stacked, after which a new sheet is loaded.
Through unattended operation, you can significantly increase profitability by
reducing labor costs and enabling round-the-clock production.
Working in tandem with your Amada turret punch press, the MP 1530 load/unload
system will dramatically increase your production output. The MP 1530 handles
automatic loading and unloading of individual sheets of material to the punch
press of up to 5' x 10'.
